Computer Aided Design

PARU has successfully executed multiple CAD-Design projects in Aerospace, Automotive and other industries. Our experts are supporting you from your first idea till manufacturing drawings and beyond. Through our unique way of working, we have access to all major CAD Systems. We have a deep understanding that every customer has specific rules and requirements how CAD Data is generated. Some customers have the need to display every manufacturing step from raw material to finished part, others just need a drawing. The possibilities to generate CAD models are vast, we will adhere your specific rules. 

We offer support for small projects executed by a single engineer up to offshore design centers (ODC) with some hundred dedicated engineers.

Finite Element Analysis

There is finite element analysis everywhere in our daily lives without us noticing it. FEA Software is one of the most versatile engineering tools in engineering. Be it stress analysis of huge steel structures, material flow and cooling simulation for pressure cast processes or optimization of material type and quantity - FEA delivers the solution. We have the experts to model, analyse and optimize highly complex load cases and scenarios. We cover the full process from simplifying your input models for use with a solver, adjusting and advising load-cases and potential scenarios, analyzing and interpretation of results, until optimization and advice for improvement of your structures and processes in a continuous process.

We can offer test witnessing, test planning, and test report generation along with the ability to support most test programs with our immense in-house experience. We have established professional working relationships with highly skilled Designed Engineering Representative (DER's), that cover a broad range of disciplines for all your certification needs. Our team has certified installations on a broad range of Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) and Designated Airworthiness Station (DAS-STC) programs. We are experienced in the complete range of certification programs from simple equipment changes to complex nose-to-tail modifications and business jet completions. We have accomplished certification efforts on AIRBUS, BOEING, McDonnell Douglas, Lockheed, Gulfstream and Bombardier aircraft.
