Program and Project Management

Competence-based program and project management

As a member of the International Project Management Association we have certified Program Directors (Level A) and Project Managers (Level B/C), experienced in coaching and supporting customers in achieving specific goals and success criteria - especially customer satisfaction.

Every project and program executed directly through PARU or with our support will be systematically planned and optimized from beginning to completion.

In the first step we analyze and define the scope of work and a rough time schedule and put the same into writing, so that all involved parties understand what to expect from each other. Immediately thereafter PARU distributes the tasks to qualified suppliers and shares the scope of work with them.

During the project or program execution all activities from all suppliers are minutely coordinated and tracked, to ensure that project goals, schedules and cost limits will be met. Refinement of time schedules, risk mitigation and mediation of conflicts will be part of our tasks. This process continues through development, acceptance and certification.

Additional documents, like FMEA and/or Risk Analysis will be supplied to our customer as part of the package.

Our customer will receive regular status updates regarding the project progression. After project completion, we provide a complete and detailed summary analysis to our customer. This includes project successes and failures along with a lessons learned paper.

PARU educators will conduct a lessons learned session internally and with all suppliers, to pro-actively avoid repeating mistakes.
